Important update on the Office of Medical Marijuana Use.
The Florida Department of Health as appointed a 3rd party company to handle the processing of patient applications and operating the call center. Below is the new mailing address and phone number for future correspondence with the OMMU.

We believe this to be a move in the right direction to expediting patient access. There may be a few bumps here and there during the transition, but the end result will be much more efficient in the hands of private business than with the state.
